Fraud Alert

Lexington Health, Inc. has received reports of fraudulent scammers posing as Lexington Health recruiters. These scammers are posting fraudulent jobs on Indeed. Should there be any concerns about the validity of a job posting, please apply directly to our career site at jobs.lexhealth.com.

Please Note: The perpetrators are asking their targets to complete bogus recruitment documentation including application forms, terms, and conditions of employment. They are also requesting identification to verify employment such as an I-9, as well as personal banking information. Recruiters will never ask for personal information through email or social media chats, will never ask candidates to purchase equipment or gift cards, and that all legitimate email(s) will always end in @lexhealth.org.

If you are contacted by anyone requesting payment to get a Lexington Health job or asking you to download an application to apply, do not respond.
